        Frederick Pearce, owner and author of most of the content on this website, is an international business mentor and personal coach. He is particularly interested in small business, especially service type businesses. His background is the construction industry.

        Frederick is a longstanding member of Toastmasters International and likes to speak on a variety of subjects, including self-improvement and motivation, business issues, marketing and promotion, and personal relationships.

        With a career spanning 45 years working for large multinationals, medium-sized local companies and small businesses of his own, Frederick can claim a wide experience in business. He was born in England, is well-travelled, having visited 39 different countries, including living and working in 7 of them, on 3 continents. He is now retired and lives in North Houston, Texas.
